Office Policies


At North Mississippi Endodontics we are dedicated to delivering endodontic services at the highest level and are always striving to make our office a more comfortable and pleasant place to be. Dr. Lowery believes in an individualized approach to dental care; each endodontic case is unique, and every patient we treat deserves excellent care. Our goal is for you to feel comfortable and confident before receiving any treatment. Dr. Lowery will thoroughly explain his findings and make recommendations that are in your best interest. We will inform you if we feel that you would be better served with either no endodontic therapy or an alternative treatment

Appointments

We understand that your time is valuable, and we will make every effort to provide services in a prompt fashion. We strive to give each patient our undivided attention with unsurpassed service for his or her appointment time. In exchange, we expect that you will be present for your appointment at the scheduled time. We understand that scheduling conflicts occasionally occur and would appreciate at least a 24 hour notice if cancellation of your appointment is necessary.

Payment Policy

During your first visit we will discuss the probable number of visits, their length, and the fees involved. The fee for your endodontic treatment will be based on the extent of treatment; Root canals usually range from $950 to $1,500+. Due to the unique nature of our practice and the specialized kinds of cases we treat, it is our policy that your care is paid for at the time of treatment.

We understand that a significant number of our patients rely on dental insurance to cover some of their dental needs. We work with all insurance companies and our commitment to you is to provide you with our best estimate, based on your coverage, of what we anticipate your financial responsibility will be. *All fees provided are estimates, we can not guarantee what your financial responsibility will be until your insurance has paid their portion, but we are committed to working with you and your insurance company to maximize your insurance benefits.

In addition to filing your insurance for you, We also offer interest-free financing options through Care Credit. Care Credit works like a credit card for healthcare, allowing you the freedom to make more manageable, monthly payments.

*Ultimately the patient is responsible for all fees.
